AI assistant

You don't need to be a marketing expert. Tell the AI assistant what you want in your own words and it does it for you: your website, domain and business email, finding customers, social growth, and WhatsApp, email and SMS. It asks the questions it needs, explains your options and the cost in plain words, and does the setup. Open it from AI assistant in the menu, or the Ask AI button on any page.

What it can do

• Websites: say "build me a website". It asks what your business does and what the site needs (bookings, an online store, enquiries), explains the plans and prices, suggests designs for your industry or designs a custom one with AI, and builds it with your logo, photos and brand colours. Attach images with the paperclip.
• Domain and business email: it checks which names are free and their yearly price, registers the one you choose with your owner details, connects it to your website, and creates free mailboxes like info@yourbusiness.com. New mailbox passwords are shown once on the card; copy them and change them after signing in.
• Finding customers: tell it what you sell, who you want to reach and where. It sets up and starts a Lead Finder search with your spending limit, and the leads arrive in Lead Finder and your CRM.
• Social growth: it finds the right followers, likes or views service, explains the price and limits, and places the order for your profile or post.
• WhatsApp: welcome menus and other chatbot flows, business hours and away messages, the AI agent's knowledge, message templates, and automatic order and booking messages, WhatsApp links and QR codes.
• Email: automatic series such as a welcome series for new subscribers, saved templates, and campaign drafts.
• SMS: automatic series for new contacts, and promo messages ready to send.
• Advice: ask "how do I get my first customers?" and it suggests what to set up, based on your account.

Try something like: "I run a bakery in Lekki. Set up WhatsApp so customers can see our menu and order, and send booking reminders."

You stay in control

Everything the assistant prepares appears as a card with its exact price. Nothing is bought, created, changed or sent until you press Confirm on that card, and anything that costs money has to be confirmed on its own card. Campaigns open on the normal send page, so you check the audience and the cost and press Send yourself.

Write with AI

On the SMS, email and WhatsApp template pages, Write with AI writes the message from a short brief, or improves, shortens or translates your text, including into Nigerian Pidgin, Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo. It gives you options to choose from and follows each channel's rules (SMS length and opt-out, email subject lines, WhatsApp's template rules).

Suggestions

Your Home page shows Suggested for you: next steps based on your account, such as answering WhatsApp customers automatically or welcoming new email subscribers. One click opens the assistant with the request already written.

Cost

Chatting with the assistant is free every day, up to a daily number of messages and AI setups (you see what's left under the message box, and it resets at midnight). You don't need money in your wallet to plan with it. What it sets up costs the normal prices, paid from your wallet only when you press Confirm. If your wallet is short, the card tells you exactly how much to fund. Need more each day? AI Basic and AI Pro plans are on the AI plans page, paid monthly from your wallet.
