Data Deletion

1. Delete your Brandvoya account

1. Sign in and open Settings › Privacy & data.
2. Download a copy of your data first if you want one.
3. Move any domains you want to keep, and ask for any unused wallet balance (see the Refund Policy).
4. Close your account. We delete or anonymise your data within 30 days.

Can't sign in? Email support@socialboostlab.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Data deletion request". We confirm within 3 working days and finish within 30 days.

2. What we delete, and what we keep

We delete your account, contacts, lists, messages, campaigns, templates, websites, store data, leads, mailboxes, WhatsApp connection details and uploaded documents. We keep only what the law requires, such as payment and tax records (for 6 years), plus the minimum needed to keep people who opted out from being messaged again. These are kept securely and deleted when the period ends. Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle.

3. Disconnect WhatsApp or Facebook

1. Open Meta Business Settings, then Integrations › Connected apps (or Partners).
2. Find Brandvoya and remove it. We can then no longer read or send messages for your WhatsApp Business Account.
3. On Facebook you can also go to Settings › Apps and websites and remove Brandvoya.
4. To delete the WhatsApp data we already hold, email us as in section 1.

4. If a business messaged you through us

Reply STOP to the SMS or WhatsApp message, or press unsubscribe in the email, and that business can't message you through us any more. To have your data deleted, ask that business. You can also email us with your phone number (with country code) or email address, and we'll work with the business to remove it. See the Privacy Policy for more.
