The short version
- You must be 18 or older, give true details, and keep your login (and two-step sign-in) safe.
- One prepaid wallet pays for every service. Prices are shown before you pay, and failed work is refunded to the wallet automatically.
- Only message people who agreed to hear from you, and never use the platform for spam, fraud or illegal content. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
- You own your content and data. We use it only to run the services for you.
- Social media platforms, phone networks and registries are outside our control, so results such as follower counts, delivery or approval aren't guaranteed.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Nothing here removes your legal rights as a consumer.
This summary helps you find your way. The full text below is what applies.
1. This agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Cipher Knights Ltd ("we", "us"), trading as Brandvoya. They apply when you visit brandvoya.com, create an account, or use any of our services, websites, apps or APIs (together, the "Platform").
These policies form part of the Terms: the Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Domain Registration Policy and Copyright & Takedown Policy. If you use the Platform for a business, you accept these Terms for that business and confirm you're allowed to.
2. Your account
- Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and able to make a binding contract. Accounts are for one person or one organisation; you may add team members where the Platform allows it.
- True details. Give accurate information and keep it up to date, including your email, country and, where we ask for them, business documents (for example to register an SMS sender ID).
- Security. Keep your password and two-step sign-in codes private. You're responsible for what happens under your account and your API keys. Tell us straight away at support@socialboostlab.com if you think someone else has access. We will never ask for your password or sign-in codes.
- Checks. To prevent fraud and meet the rules of phone networks, registries and payment providers, we may ask you to verify your identity or business before you can use some services.
3. Our services
The Platform includes social media growth, email marketing, bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business messaging, website and online store building and hosting, an AI website builder, domain registration, business email, lead research (Lead Finder) and developer APIs. Some services are offered in stages or only in some countries, and the Platform shows when something isn't available yet.
Many services rely on third parties: social media platforms, mobile networks, email providers, Meta (WhatsApp), domain registries and registrars, and payment providers. Their rules apply too, and they can change or refuse things outside our control. We'll pass on what we can and tell you when something affects you.
We may improve, change or stop features. If we stop a paid service you've prepaid for, we'll refund the unused part to your wallet.
4. The wallet, prices and payments
- Prepaid wallet. You add funds to one wallet and each service is charged from it when you use it. The wallet is a prepaid balance for our services only. It isn't a bank account, doesn't earn interest, and can't be transferred to another person.
- Prices. The price of each service is shown before you confirm, including any VAT or other tax where it applies. Prices can change, but a change never affects something you've already paid for.
- Currency. Your wallet uses your local currency where we support it, otherwise US dollars. When a payment or charge is in a different currency, it's converted at the rate shown at the time.
- Payments. Payments are handled by our payment providers (for example card, bank transfer, USSD and cryptocurrency processors). We don't see or store your full card details. Funds are credited after the provider confirms the payment.
- Renewals. Services that renew (such as website plans, domains and WhatsApp numbers) are charged from your wallet on their renewal date. Keep enough balance to avoid interruption. We send reminders, and you can turn off renewal at any time before the renewal date.
- Chargebacks. If you think a charge is wrong, contact us first: we fix genuine mistakes quickly. If you raise a chargeback, we may pause the account while it's resolved.
5. Social media growth services
- We need only a public link or username. We never ask for your social media password. Your profile or post must stay public while an order runs.
- Each service shows its expected start time, speed, drop risk and any refill cover before you buy. These are estimates, not promises: platforms may remove engagement at any time.
- Using these services may go against a social platform's own rules. You decide whether to use them, and you accept that risk. We aren't responsible for any action a platform takes on your account.
- Undelivered quantities are refunded to your wallet automatically. Refills are available only where the service says so, within its cover period.
6. Email, SMS and WhatsApp messaging
- You are the sender of every message you send through the Platform, and responsible for its content and for having the recipient's permission. Our Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy sets out the rules.
- Sender IDs and templates. SMS sender IDs and WhatsApp templates are approved by networks and Meta, not by us, and approval can take time or be refused.
- Delivery. We send messages to the networks promptly, but final delivery depends on them and on the recipient (for example Do-Not-Disturb lists or a phone that's switched off). Messages a network rejects are refunded.
- Limits. We may set sending limits, pause campaigns with high bounce or complaint rates, and keep opt-out and suppression lists, to protect deliverability for everyone.
7. Websites, stores, AI builder and business email
- You're responsible for the content, products and legal notices on websites and stores you publish, including your own privacy policy, terms and refund policy for your customers.
- Online store payments go through your own payment provider account. You're the seller to your customers, and we aren't a party to those sales.
- AI-generated text and designs may contain mistakes. Check them before you publish. Each AI request is charged at the price shown before you use it.
- Business mailboxes have storage limits shown in the Platform. When a mailbox is full, new mail is refused until space is freed.
- Our servers keep backups to protect the service, but you should keep your own copies of important content.
8. Domains
Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are also subject to our Domain Registration Policy and the rules of the registry for each domain ending, including ICANN's policies for generic domains.
9. Lead Finder and data
Lead Finder collects publicly available business information. You are responsible for using it lawfully: only for legitimate business purposes, following data protection and anti-spam laws in your and your contacts' countries (for example UK GDPR, the NDPA in Nigeria, and the CAN-SPAM Act in the USA), and honouring any request to stop contacting someone. You must not use Lead Finder to collect information about private individuals or children.
10. API and resellers
You may use our APIs, including to resell our services to your own customers, if you keep your API keys secret, stay within the rate limits, and make sure your customers follow these Terms. You remain responsible to us for all use of your keys. We may change the API with reasonable notice, and may suspend keys that are misused.
11. Your content and data
You keep ownership of everything you upload or create on the Platform: contacts, messages, websites, images, products and other data ("Your Content"). You give us permission to host, copy, process and display Your Content only as needed to run the services for you and keep them safe. You confirm you have the rights to Your Content and that it doesn't break the law or anyone's rights.
When we process personal data in Your Content (for example your contact lists), we do so as your processor, following your instructions and our Privacy Policy. You can export your data and delete it at any time from your account settings.
12. Our platform
We (and our licensors) own the Platform, including its software, design, templates and the Brandvoya name and logo. You may use templates for your own websites, but you may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Platform itself, scrape it, or try to get around its security or limits.
13. Suspension and closing your account
- You can close your account at any time in Settings βΊ Privacy & data. Ask for any unused balance first, as described in the Refund Policy.
- We may limit, suspend or close an account if it breaks these Terms or the law, puts other users or our sending reputation at risk, involves fraud or a chargeback, or if a network, registry or regulator requires it. Where we can, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
- If we close your account without a serious breach on your part, we refund your unused balance. If the breach is serious (such as fraud, phishing or spam), we may keep the balance to cover losses, fines and costs it caused, as far as the law allows.
14. What we promise, and what we can't
We'll provide the services with reasonable care and skill, and as described on the Platform. Apart from that, and as far as the law allows, the Platform is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will bring specific business results (such as sales, followers, open rates or search rankings).
15. Liability
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Consumers keep all their legal rights.
- We aren't liable for losses we couldn't reasonably foresee, or for business losses such as lost profits, revenue, data or opportunity. We also aren't liable for the actions of social platforms, networks, registries, payment providers or other third parties outside our control, or for events beyond our reasonable control.
- Otherwise, our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in those 12 months.
16. Your responsibility to us
If you use the Platform for a business, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs (including regulator fines and network penalties) caused by your breach of these Terms or the law, such as sending spam or messages without consent.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services or the law. For important changes we'll tell you by email or in the Platform at least 14 days in advance. If you don't agree, you can close your account before the change takes effect and ask for your unused balance back.
18. Disputes and governing law
Please contact us first: most problems can be solved quickly by email. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, including Nigeria's consumer protection law if you live in Nigeria.
19. General
If part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer these Terms to anyone else without our permission. We may transfer them to a company that takes over our business, and your rights won't be reduced. These Terms are the whole agreement between us about the Platform.
