1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work the same way. This policy covers both.
2. Essential cookies
These are needed for the site to work and to keep it secure, so they can't be switched off. The law allows them without consent.

4. Live chat (Tawk.to)
Our "Chat with us" button loads the Tawk.to chat only when you press it. Tawk.to then sets cookies (such as TawkConnectionTime and twk_uuid_*) to keep your conversation connected and remember it if you come back. These are needed for the chat you asked for. 5. Payment pages
When you pay, you go to our payment provider's secure page (for example Paystack, Stripe or NOWPayments). Those providers set their own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud, under their own policies.
6. Websites built on Brandvoya
Websites and stores our customers publish are run by those customers. A store uses an essential cookie for its basket. Anything a site owner adds (such as analytics) is their responsibility, and they should explain it in their own cookie notice.
7. How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, you won't be able to sign in. To clear the settings saved in your browser, clear this site's data in your browser.
If we ever add cookies that aren't essential, such as analytics, we'll ask for your consent first and update this page.
